You’re in the backyard, on the patio with a refreshing beverage, the sun is out, your friends are over, aaaah, don’t you just love summer? The only thing missing in this picture is the sizzle of the burgers on the grill. Now that the season is winding down, we top it off with the ultimate burger recipe: Cumin and Chili Lamb Burgers by Emeril Laasse of The Food Network. Savor it this summer, while you still can!
You’ll need:

The process:

-combine lamb, chili powder, cumin and garlic and form into 4-ounce patties and season with
southwest seasoning
-cook on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side for the perfect medium-rare
-melt the cheese on the patty (about 1 min)
